Creamy Chicken Fettuccine with Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup mixed mushrooms (button, cremini, shiitake), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions:

1. Cook fettuccine pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté mushrooms and garlic until tender.
