Beet Blush juice

My favorite! Here's a simple recipe for Beet Blush juice:

Ingredients:

- 2 medium beets
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/4 inch piece of fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the beets and trim the ends.
2. Juice the beets, strawberries, and lemon in a juicer or blender.
3. Add the ginger piece if you want a bit of spice.
4. Strain the juice if desired (beets can be a bit pulpy).
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

- Use golden beets for a sweeter flavor or red beets for a more earthy taste.
- Adjust the amount of lemon to your taste.
- Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutritional boost (the sweetness of the beets and strawberries will mask the greens' flavor).
- Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
